Role of Organizational Justice on Nurse Work Productivity’s Result in Type B Hospitals in Serang

Background: Productivity is the goal of every type organisation, including nursing services. With high nurse work productivity, service in hospitals will be better, and quality health services can improved. Increasing productivity one main parameters for organisation to win competition face rapid environmental changes. Objective: This study aims analyse effect discipline, organisational justice, culture on inpatient rooms at Type B Hospitals Serang, either partially or simultaneously. Method: The method used this research quantitative with explanatory causality research. population were all nurses working room Dr. Dradjat Prawinegara, a total 202 people. sampling probability simple random technique, so sample size 134 respondents.
